I've been wearing this slipper for almost 2 weeks now, mostly indoors, but once in awhile in my back yard also. They fit my foot ok except my foot is a bit more narrow than the slipper is designed for. So sometimes if I'm moving quickly, my foot either comes out or goes forward in the slipper too far. But all in all I am happy with the slippers. They remain soft and comfortable, and have stood up well so far.

I bought these for my mother because she needed a new pair. I also tried them on, though I generally wear a 6-7 while she wears a 9-10.It is important to know the difference between regular shoes and slippers/house shoes is that slippers are generally closer to the shape of a normal human foot than shoes you wear to work or out on the town because they are designed for comfort, whereas shoes you wear out and about are about style (or most shoe companies have apparently never seen a foot.)These slippers are shaped more like high heels (minus the high heel) once you get past the wide toe. The rest of your foot is precariously perched upon a narrow cushion, like a divan/small fancy couch for your foot- more for looks than comfort. This makes no sense because slippers are supposed to be comfortable. Unless you have a very, very narrow foot (like the kind of foot you'd expect Olive Oil from Popeye the Sailorman to have,) this is not the slipper for you. Even if you had a foot the width of a pencil, I'd imagine you'd still be more comfortable in a slipper with enough width for you to turn without slipping off of it. But make sure you also have wide toes- so, in conclusion, if the area from the toes to the ball of your foot looks like a duck's foot but from the arch to the heel looks like a pencil, this slipper is perfect for you.

The tag that is sewn in where your heel touches the slipper is so annoying! I wanted to remove it but the stitches are so tight I was afraid to, for fear of messing up the slippers even worse. I have had Dearfoam slippers in the past and I loved them. But these were so horrible because of the tag. I don’t why they would mess up beautiful quality slippers by putting a tag right there!!

I’ve been purchasing some form of this slipper for years. The quality has gone from good to bad. The fabric is fragile and just seems to attract and hold on to any dirt it can find. Washing doesn’t seem to help a whole lot. I’m very disappointed in DF. They should continue with their previous quality!

I was looking for a light gray slipper for early Spring and Fall . I like Dearfoams quality and purchased this same slipper in a slightly different shade of gray. I would buy these again and recommend them!
