This heater kept the RV nice and comfortable when we had winter weather. Definitely recommend.

Update: customer service reached out immediately after I posted this review. Without hesitation they replaced my faulty heater. It has arrived safe and let's hope we have better results with the new one. Customer service is A plus.I'll update again if the same or other issues arise.I bought this heater in October 2022. It worked great on low heat, until it didn't. On high it would make the plug hot, so I've always ran it on low in a dedicated receptacle. Two days ago I started smelling an odd smell and went to check the heater; the plug, cord, and plug receptacle were hotter than a firecracker. Fortunately, I didn't go to bed and leave it running for one hour like usual. I'll be calling Amazon on this product in the morning. Buyer beware... sketchy, just sketchy.

Unfortunately, I am unable to use the heater in the room needed. The cord is very short. The instructions say to only plug into outlet and not extension cord or surge protector (and certain spacing around the device).I was able to test it in my bathroom, the only outlet that could fit the cord length. The fireplace feature was nice. The device is a good size. I will likely gift this to someone.We had already discarded the packing or I would have returned.

I bought two of them. The only issue I have is with the picture of the flame on one of them. It doesn’t work right. It doesn’t show the flames on one of them. It is just a still picture. The heat works well and they are cute.

Rotation is like 60 degrees, it's small, it's easier to adjust temp with remote than without. It heats up quickly. Overall it's okay.

I keep it close me while smoking on the back in closed porch, not the greatest but it works.

Remote is cheap and flimsy.

We use this in our motorhome when the temps get below 60. It has two different power levels, the highest kicks our breaker when making coffee simultaneously in a 30 amp rig. I like it because it fits in a tiny spot and does a good job. I haven't figured out yet how to set a temp and keep it steady. That's the reason it isn't 5 star for me.
