Great compact air fryer for small households - 2 years and counting!
Using this since July 2023 and very satisfied. Perfect 2-quart capacity for 1-2 people - handles daily use for reheating, veggies, and small batches. Quality is solid after nearly 2 years of regular use. No smell issues whatsoever, and the nonstick coating still performs great with zero stickiness - food releases easily every time. Ease of cleaning is fantastic - basket wipes clean effortlessly. Love that I can make crispy food with little to no oil for healthier cooking compared to traditional frying. Heats up fast, cooks evenly, and saves counter space. Only downside is the small size limits what you can cook, but that's expected for a mini model. Great value and perfect for small households or anyone wanting to try air frying without a huge appliance.

Air fryer
As someone who enjoys quick meals and doesn’t have a lot of counter space, this Ninja Mini Air Fryer feels like a smart purchase. It’s efficient, easy to use, and better at cooking snacks than most microwaves or ovens I’ve used. The compact size is actually a feature, not a flaw, for my lifestyle. But if your kitchen needs versatility or you cook for more than two people regularly, this is more of a second appliance than your only air fryer.

No temperature regulation
Very small, no temperature regulation. Good for a dorm or single person. Works well, easy to clean. I'll read about the item well next time

Should have bought more for family members
Amazing little air fryer. I should have bought one for each of my family and friends. Too bad they discontinued this model.

GREAT snack size air fryer, Easy to use and clean
Bought this for snacking in my household. Came up on a flash sale, Love those flash sales for half price !!!! Its a NINJA too. No pre heating necessary. It does NOT have a temp controll, it cooks at 400 degrees according to the booklet in the package. We tried breaded chicken strips, Its better with smaller pieces, so just break in half if they are very large, got 3 good size ones in there, Popped in a parchment sheet for easy clean up before you put your food into the basket/drawer, with this sort of item to cook, you need to flip the pieces over so they can crisp up on both sides, so 10 minutes for our chicken pieces, flipped over and 10 more minutes. Tasted like our local fast food place chicken fingers but hotter and crisper with-out the wait. Next going to try frozen taquitos which are a favorite here but microwaving them is not always good and who wants to heat up the oven for a few taquitos? It was easy clean, tossed the parchment and wiped out the basket and crisper tray. Will try with out the parchment to see if cooking time is less. Going to have lots of fun with this snack or small portion air fryer, good way to get your feet if your not too sure if you want to go into air frying or not.

From Kitchen Mishaps to Gourmet Delights: My Life-Changing Experience with the Ninja Air Fryer
Just got this Ninja Air Fryer and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's changing my life. Seriously, I used to burn salad and now I'm making gourmet meals! Pros: Super easy to use: Even I can't mess it up. The buttons are straightforward and it heats up super fast. Crispy everything: French fries, chicken wings, veggies – you name it, they come out perfectly crispy. I'm eating more veggies now because of this thing. Way healthier: Less oil, less guilt. I can snack without feeling like I need to run a marathon afterwards. Easy clean-up: The basket just pops out and it's non-stick, so a quick wash and you're done. No more scrubbing pans for hours. Cons: Size: Wish it was a bit bigger. When I make food for friends, I have to cook in batches. But still worth it. Check out the picture I posted with the Air Fryer Home Fries. I made them in this Ninja Air Fryer and I’m so glad I did. They are so delicious and you are in for a treat because I’m including my recipe below. Enjoy! AIR FRYER HOME FRIES RECIPE: INGREDIENTS 2 big potatoes, diced 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 yellow onion, diced 1/2 tablespoon, garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon, onion powder 1/2 teaspoon, smoked mild paprika 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil + more if needed. INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Dice or slice your bell peppers and onions, and put in a large bowl. Dice or chop your potatoes (with or without skins) and mix into the bowl with your peppers and onions. Drizzle everything with your oil of choice. Sprinkle your seasoning in and mix everything until well coated. Cook in your air fryer for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Check for doneness, if needed, cook a bit longer, depending on how large you cut your potatoes.

Easy and Economical to Use
It took me a minute to become a believer, but I realized with some practice that in the time it takes me to preheat my oven, my food in this air fryer will be almost done. It cooks fries and hash browns wonderfully, and I threw away the pan of oil on my stove that I used for deep frying. I don't need it, because I can make everything I used to deep fry in my air fryer, in less time, with A LOT less mess, and no added oil. It's a lot more economical to cook, for instance, chicken nuggets, in the air fryer than to heat up the oven, and who wants microwaved chicken nuggets? Cleanup is ridiculously easy. The retro timer switch isn't the most precise, but it hardly matters. This unit is very forgiving. There are just two of us in my household and this is the perfect size for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Easy to use but timer knob gets stuck and basket became rusty over time.
This little air fryer was perfect for me. It is small so it doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it cooks things quickly. I made Trader Joe’s samosas, impossible chicken nuggets and fries- all came out perfectly crisp on the outside without getting too dry on the inside. It also baked salmon fillets quickly and perfectly. My mom and aunt loved how simple it is to use since the temperature is set and you only choose how much time you want. I think that brands need to consider how older people get confused by too many selections. The first time that the timer got stuck and did not turn off was about after 4 months of use. Everything was burned but luckily I was around and there was no fire. I’ve now had it 1 year and 7 months and that has happened about 4 times, so I wouldn’t turn it on and assume that it will turn off on its own. The getting stuck part did not happen frequently enough for me to get frustrated, after all I used it about every other day, but a possible fire in the kitchen is a pretty serious problem. Since I don’t like putting things into landfill, I used this until a couple weeks ago when I noticed that the inside of the basket was getting rusty. This is a sign that the non-stick coating has broken down and is likely making my food toxic. This happened even though I handwashed it 80% of the time and used the upper rack of the dishwasher to treat it with more TLC when I did use the dishwasher. The manual said that the basket is dishwasher safe, so I don’t know why the basket started to rust. At this point, I will throw it out and am replacing it with a glass basket air fryer. I gave this 3 stars as I would not buy it again given the above issues that I had with this air fryer. I would have given it 4 stars if it were not perfect, but I would buy again. Writing this review over 1 year later, I am shocked to see that it is now $95. It was definitely <$50 when I bought it.
