Hit or miss.
I purchased some 6 inch extensions and perhaps they were just a bad set. They looked great but, they had an excessive amount of shedding. I reach out to the vendor and they were prompt and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the ending results! Customer service with them is top tier! Just like most products, it's a hit or miss and besides some things are just out of their control. But the things they can control just know they will strive to make it better.

Buyer Beware
These locs have caused a major 😩 😫 problem for me they are hard and itchy. I had them installed and had to cut my hair to get them out of my head. Do not buy these locs for any style they are not HUMAN hair the quality is not worth it
