Great flower substitute, works well with keto

I bought a 160z. package an made almond flour banana muffins that turned out great! I did not have enough flour left to make a second batch. I reordered and am grateful for prime delivery. This time I ordered two packages. I would have gotten a larger size if it was available.

I've only mixed a bit of this to make a pancake, and no intolerance reactions, so far. Plan to use for cookies. It was very fresh! I like that it is made with organic almonds and clean of ....soy and wheat, in particular. It is hard to find almond flour and alternative flours processed without these allergens. Even though almonds are not made with soy/wheat, if you process them with it...it IS contaminated. Only wish the price wasn't so steep!

If you can’t make your own flour this is the product to buy. The almonds are organic and not fumigated and blanched. This is good for so many of the diets now: Gluten Free, Paleo, Whole 30 and Plant Paradox. Expensive but worth it for your health.

this has a good consistency, not too fine. Can be easily used as a substitute for wheat flour. I have substituted 1/2 the flour and replaced it with the same amount of the almond flour without changing the consistency of the final recipe. It reduces the carbohydrates in baked goods and raises the protein.

Just started the KETO diet. Needed almond flour for a recipe. This did the trick. Recipe turned out great.

We use almond flour because we do not use regular flour. We like it and it makes great pancakes and keto friendly deserts.
