This is an amazing product to have.My dad is always traveling, and he doesn't have the time or space to heat up his lunch. After browsing through Amazon, this lunch box caught my eye. Its appearance is pleasing, but what really stood out to me was its functionality.This product is extremely user-friendly and straightforward. It can handle all kinds of food, but I exercise caution when it comes to liquids like soup, to avoid any spills. However, the product comes with a small container that allows me to separate items if necessary. It offers ample space for a healthy amount of food.My dad has found a convenient way to heat his food during long drives. It takes around 30 minutes to warm up, and he uses a small wire to plug it into the car or lorry. This allows the food to heat up until it's time for a break, making it like having a warm lunch box. It's a great solution for on-the-go meals.He is delighted with this container as it enables him to enjoy homemade warm food and save money instead of constantly purchasing food from service stations. He's really pleased with this product and now has it with him everyday. Worth the price for sure.

I use this on mains power at work as we have no kitchen.It reheats efficiently and effectively and cooks things like couscous, vegetables and noodles easily.I’ve been using it for about a month so far no problems (lid/ hinges/ heating element)Only small points to note:It forms quite a fierce vacuum even after you pop up the vent so getting the lid off can be a challenge when it’s hot (but gentle persistence works)The ac and dc adapter would be very easy to plug in wrongThere’s a little hot spot which food sticks to (but regular stirring works and anyway it’s stainless steel so it cleans easily enough)All in all I’m glad I got it and wish I’d done it sooner. The bag and cutlery are a nice addition to the set

Great product, does exactly what it says. As a teacher I often don't have time to run to the microwave to heat up my lunch. I tried this for the first time with a teriyaki chicken & rice lunch meal that I would usually reheat in the microwave, turned it on halfway through my lesson, and it heated up perfectly! I pulled the inner container out and was able to eat on the go. Great price for an effective product.

It's a great little product of you have access to the mains power or car power to matter it work. It took about 20-25 minutes to bring food to temperature, which is fine for me, but worth knowing if you don't have that kind of access to the electricity. Keeps warm for a while in there too once it's hot even if you disconnect the power. The thing which takes off the 5th star is the instructions. That's a lot of pages which day the same thing (Open the vent, open the vent, open the vent) but having been unable to work out if the plastic sauce box could go in for warming, I thought I'd just buy it and read the instructions. They still didn't say! Clear and logical instructions and this is a winner.

Great to take for work and very good quality

Brought this heated lunch box a couple of weeks ago and I it love. the first time I used it I had chicken sticky rice and veggies and I gave a little stir at about 15 minutes and my lunch was piping hot after 30 minutes. Like some of the other reviews I found the lid does stick on a little bit when hot but I found that it doesn’t take much to take it off. One little thing that would be good on it is a timer but I just set a timer on my phone. I would definitely recommend this product. I have just had Heinz big soup and that took about 20 minutes

No issues, does what it says and still works!

I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but this little box has been a god send for my packed lunches. It uses low energy and can heat my food in under half an hour. I bought a similar stainless steel cover to make it a completly bpa free experience. I feel the metal against metal really helps speed it up.The company are very pleasant and very professional.
