If you suffer with low back pain, I did 2 things that helped me immensely. 1) I bought the curbie to keep me sitting upright at all times...comfortably, I might add. 2) I sleep with a pillow between my legs. There is a third thing that helps a lot, I get deep tissue massages weekly. With all these things, it has helped me to improve my lower back pain situation completely. The Kirby is a great product and it helps tremendously, I highly recommend it.

I want to like this product more, but I think the design is flawed! This kind of product is definitely needed for those who suffer with lower back issues, or for those who want to maintain good posture. The problem is the lack of cushioning and where the seated part of the curble ends (under your hamstrings). If used for long periods of time (I’m a Truck Driver), it starts to cut into the hamstrings, even causing tingling or losing feelings. They should make them to fit the width and length of various seats and maybe even curve the edge of the seat (as to form-fit right behind the knees) for better security and maximum comfort. This way the product doesn’t cut into the legs. Also, the item moves around in certain conditions. Doesn’t give a secure feeling while driving. If designed better, I would give a 5 Star, but I will return this item and ask that the company go back to the drawing board, redesign, re-manufacturer & re-market (or better yet… Design one specific for long sitting driving, like for trucks/truckers or personal vehicles). I’d buy again then! Great intentions, but need more thought need to be put behind comfort and security.

I have wicked bad sciatica and none of the donut pillows have done a damn thing. This helps relieve pain outside of sitting and it’s comfy to sit on!!! Love love love!

Perfectly shaped to provide lumbar support when sitting on my sofa. Easy to place wherever I want, and has really made a difference. Size is also good for most adults.

I have multiple back pain relief devices. This works to force the curve in your lower back. Although I don't think any device can replace taking breaks and stretching or walking. It could have a little more padding but can easily be fixed with a blanket or something

This is a great product that really helps reduce lower back and butt pain. Unfortunately, it is difficult to use as a chair on its own because of how short the back part actually is. This can make things difficult especially when you are forced to find a chair that will fit the dimensions of this chair to make it work. I like it in theory but am having a little difficulty finding the right combination of chairs to make this work best. I'd reccomend really properly testing this chair before keeping it.

This didn't work for me bc I didn't have the appropriate seat to put it in. It looks like it would be great, was comfortable for what little I could use it.

I am so happy with results, I sent the following text message to my brother who has same lower back issues I do..."This is NOT a text infomercial...I have to share this with you because I've heard you complain about same...my lower back pain was so bad it would take me 5 minutes just to straighten up after tying my shoes so I had to find something that could help...I've been using this simple back support seat since January and, I'm not cured of back pain, but I definitely do not have the issues I used to have...It takes some getting used to...at first, it actually caused some pain at the top of the seat when I would lean back but I stuck with it and I don't intend on giving it up "

Bought it for my mother who has Lumbar Spondylosis, who on sitting over any surface for extended period, starts sensing a lower backache.Sitting on it upright over a sofa or a chair, provides her considerable relief. Moreover one's sitting posture is also corrected due to the lumbar brace that it provides at the correct position, no matter one's height.(Saw it on an Insta page of a graphic designer who was used to siting for long hours on her chair).p.s. do not mind the present condition of this seat as our cat has clawed at it.
