- This peaceful Turquoise cotton twin-sized weighted blanket measures approximately 40" wide by 70" long. It is designed to lie on top of the mattress without hanging over the sides to prevent it from sliding off.
- Custom Weighted with non-toxic, hypo allergenic poly pellets (small plastic beads). Poly pellets will not break down over time, absorb odor, or mold making them the ideal weighting material for easy blanket care. The weight is evenly distributed and sewn into over 120 squared off segments to prevent the weight from shifting.
- There is no Extra Lining / Padding in this blanket making it perfect for summer and winter use.

The comforting pressure provided by a weighted blanket can help those living with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Restless Leg Syndrome, PTSD and anxiety. Choose the blanket that fits the individual (not the size of the bed). It is best to consult an Occupational Therapist for determining the blanket weight. Most Occupational Therapists recommend a blanket weight 10% of the individual's body weight plus one pound. This is a guideline and not a rule. The person using the blanket must be able to remove it without assistance. Weighted products are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
