My husband's subaru headrest is terrible, hits the center back of my head. On a trip he had to hit the brakes hard and my head bounced hard on the hard car headrest, and I got a little concussion though I was too stupid to get medical attention. My head was tender for a year! We bought this, positioned it in seconds and it is wonderful. The same quick stop is just a gentle cushion for my head. Still keeps the head in the same position, but no more pain. It is a one minute job to take off for a different passenger and put back on for me. No sign of deterioration after three years. So sad that it isn't available right now but mine looks like new.

I'm amazed at how comfortable these are! The memory foam makes neck placement pretty much perfect wherever it sits, though it is nicely adjustable to different body height. I actually bought a second one for the passenger side, and when my back is acting up I use it as a lumbar pillow! I can't say enough about how comfortable these make driving!

According to my usage, the design should be changed. The upside of the headrest is too wide that it is uncomfortable while driving. The lower part is okay and providing good support. The foam inside the headrest is to too hard that it is not compressing. This is disturbing me and diverting while driving. So, I stopped using it on the driver side and started using it on the passenger side.But there is nothing con about the quality. It's just the design con. It may be suited for someone else but not a good fit for me.

Comfortable would give it a 5 star but need to push it up into place before heading out get it "HEADING" out LOL

Whoever's idea it was to ship this after SHRINKING IT DOWN in a vacuum bag ... TERRIBLE!The item has been out of the box/bag for HOURS and it is NOT taking shape. If it doesn't fix by tomorrow I am returning it. Absolutely NO NEED to vacuum seal for shipping. Ridiculous!

There is no way for this pillow to attach to my car seat. The attachments are too short for anything other than a toy car. The pillow itself is nice, but the attachments make it impossible to use.

I bought this because I was hit by a driver that failed to yield. As a result, I suffered whiplash. This keeps neck in a good position for my long work commute.

nice fabric, i use one for lower lumbar support too
