AMAZING product!!!!
I’m SO happy with this product!! I was super nervous about the color not matching and to be completely fair it’d be impossible to find an EXACT match but I’m happy with it being a great “quick fix”. When the light is shining directly or you get close you can tell and it’s not perfect, but compared to the before picture it’s amazing. But from a distance (where most people would be) it’s perfect! And i don’t understand why people left reviews saying it wasn’t sticky .... I had to keep a bottle of Goo Gone next to me to keep wiping the residue off my scissors in between cuts, it was SO sticky! (Which I didn’t mind because I knew that meant the adhesion was good!! I’ve already ordered another roll of tape to do the other side of my couch! I’m super pleased! It’s extremely easy to use, all you need is some sharp scissors and common sense. So the people that left bad reviews, must not had either of those things

Quick and Easy patch job
I have a mobility scooter and the pleather seat cover has a rip/hole on the right corner, right where my thigh rests and the metal support structure was exposed due to the rip/hole in the pleather which was causing pain in the back of my thigh.I purchased this in hopes that it would cover the rip and alleviate the pain the metal support structure was causing me. It sticks very well and it was easy to cut to size. I did have to add more pieces, partly to add more padding between me and that metal support structure and also, the tape was coming up a bit but I live in Arizona where it is hotter than the hinges of hades on a good day and I store my scooter outside (no room in my tiny apartment) so between the heat outside and the fact that the rip is right on the curve of the seat, I had to add more tape to keep it held down properly.I think if the rip had been on a flatter surface rather than on a curve, and I didn't live on the surface of the sun (lol), the tape would stick quite well and stay in place. I also used it on my favorite purse. It has a leather strap and it was starting to come apart and rip a little in places. So I wrapped the tape around the parts of the shoulder strap that were coming unthreaded and ripping and that tape has not budged at all.

Looks Better than Duct Tape!!
Our ottoman is 11+ years old and finally started cracking. With little kids, we decided $10 worth of tape was a better investment for now than new furniture. From the distance, you can hardly see it’s on there — color match is superb! Up close, of course you can tell — but that doesn’t bother us. Better than duct tape or rips. 4 stars instead of 5 because product description mentions it having a paper backing on the tape roll and it does not. It’s like a roll of duct tape where it sticks to itself. Paper backing would make it easier to cut pieces ahead of time that fit properly instead of having to trim off the sticky roll. Overall, $10 well spent to extend the life of this piece of furniture for this season of life. Definitely would recommend!

Leather Couch Looked Great from a distance
First of all, I’m 90% sure this is NOT leather. The adhesive is really strong. Cutting pieces of it was problematic as the scissors completely gunked up with the adhesive and cutting was a nightmare. It did a fairly good job covering the cracks and tears of black leather sofa, but after a couple weeks, areas started peeling up. It didn’t look good up close.

Really good item for the purpose
This product is is about the same width as a roll of duct tape. However, it does not tear like duct tape. You have to cut it with scissors. It is incredibly thin and you kind of expect it to be garbage... but it's not. see my photos attached. I have a faux leather or leather laminate Ottoman. Basically it is cloth with an extremely thin layer of the leather equivalent of particle board attached to it. It eventually cracked and kept peeling. I used scissors to cut it off level with the surface, then cleaned the entire area with rubbing alcohol and simply placed the tape over it. It adheres instantly but can be repositioned if need be. Grabs very fast and easily. Wrinkles seem to smooth themselves out. I cannot explain that. It is not invisible but it looks a whole lot better than seeing the underlying cloth backing. Saved me having to shell out a couple hundred buck for a new foot stool just yet.

Excited then extremely disappointed.
We used this on a recliner on the bottom corner on the front of the chair. It was a great match and we were thrilled. The same day we also applied it to a recliner loveseat on the inside arm to cover a long crack. The curved edge of the arm was a bit difficult to cover but the straight inside covered easily. Again the match was great, what an improvement! By the next day, the tape was coming loose on the inside of the arm in the center of the straight part. I rubbed it and it stuck but a little later it again was coming loose. Day by day it stuck less especially on the front rounded corner. I noticed strings were peeling from the edge of the tape. They were very noticeable. The other recliner we had put out in the garage, after the repair, because we were giving to a young college student for her new apartment. She needed a few days before she was ready to take it. No one used it since the repair. But by the time we went to load it into the car, just a few days after the repair, it's tape was coming off. The chair was in perfect condition except for this one corner that our special needs daughter had gotten too close to the fireplace bricks. So it would be a comfortable chair for the college student. I quickly added some adhesive I use when I'm crafting and really want to make sure it stays stuck. Hopefully it will hold for awhile. The repair didn't even look good for a full week. Definitely a waste of money!

Stands Up Over Time
I was not terribly impressed with this tape when first received but used it anyway to repair torn material on my Honda CRV arm rest. My fear was that it would hold up only as well as duct tape (which it looks like). After almost a year, I am happy to report that this tape is very good. There is no problem with adhesion or making a mess with spreading/leaking adhesive putty, as I expected. This stuff works great in a location where it is often hot and there is a lot of regular elbow contact. It does not have a realistic leather-like appearance, nor does it stretch and conform to irregular surfaces, but I am quite happy with what it does.

Very durable with good adhesion
I have had some of this on the seat of my office chair for over two years and it is still performing well.

Great value and easy to use
Having just moved house we didn’t want to have to buy a new dining table and chairs. Whilst not the exact colour it’s totally transformed our old and splitting dining chairs and allowed us to get another year out of them.

It is a quality product that met the description and my expectations.

Cheap fix, easy to see but the patch adhesive only lasted one month.
The adhesive only lasted one month. I would suggest using a additional adhesive when applying the patch. The adhesive would likely last longer where no contact is made.Cheap temporary fix.
