Works very well for massaging pressure points that are normally hard or even impossible to reach. I get a lot of pain right along the inner edge of my shoulder blade, and this allows to me massage that point easily! Now I won’t have to keep asking my partner for a massage hahaha. I can control the amount of pressure applied, which is so nice. It comes apart in two pieces, which make storing or taking it with you somewhere so easy. But that doesn’t reduce its stability when put together and in use. This is a great price for a great quality product.

Massage Trigger Point cane. WONDERFUL! Very sturdy. I use for pressure point to get muscle to relax and then do a minute or so of massage with it. Shoulders and upper arms have been very stiff and painful for months. The 1st night I used it, I woke up with a lot less pain! I use it daily now and my range of mobility is slowly improving. Just to get my arm up to comb my hair was almost unbearable before! I use it when sitting in my recliner. I only use the egg shaped end for all I need in my shoulder area. I have yet to use the bottom half. This way it is much more manageable. I am thrilled with this Trigger point massager! The use book is a really great bonus! I will never be without this cane!

This does what it’s meant to do—releases your hot spots when you can’t get to the massage therapist. Not the greatest on quads and hamstrings, but is great for neck shoulders and spine. Which is where most of my knots live.

It works good. Reaches all areas of need with ease. Fits so comfortably in the hands! It's sturdy too. Just don't try to take it apart again once it's put together. It's not meant for that.

I got this on Christmas and after 6 months it broke. I use it all day everyday so it may not be meant for extensive use like this. Before it broke this has been my favorite pain relief tool!
