Received this computer one week ago to replace an older computer. The computer arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. The packaging protected the side and front panels very well which are made of glass. It came out of the box in good condition and the setup instructions were very easy to understand. I had everything working without any issues. You will not find a better deal or price on this PC. This is a loaded rig that will offer unrivaled quality. The infinity mirrored front looks phenomenal (pics do not do it justice). I went with the GTX 1650 and so far it is performing very well with my gameplay. I bought the pc and the first one went missing, ordered another one and the one that arrived was not functional, could not connect to display. Sent a return and never got refunded wow worst pc purchase in my lifetime. I will never buy a pc over amazon again.

For several years, I have been "getting by" with old, used PCs and laptops. Finally, I'd had enough of slow performance, crashes, driver issues, etc., and I carefully searched for a combination of features that I found important: fast processor, ton of RAM, SSD, huge hard drive for file storage, nice keyboard / mouse, decent looking, quiet, and good power supply / cooling fan set-up. After looking at dozens of computers from almost as many manufacturers, I picked this one.It is absolutely silent. Even after running all day, you can put your hand on top and it is cool to the touch - multiple quiet fans do an outstanding job of temperature control. It boots up from sleep mode in < 5 seconds. It handles every game I can throw at it with aplomb. It has never crashed once. It is so fast, I am almost healed from the psych damage I accrued from years of using crappy PCs and laptops. I spend up to 12 hours per day working on computers - finally having a serious machine like this is so stress-reducing it is hard to describe. Everything I do is about fifty times easier than it was before.I cannot rate Tech Support, since I've never had a single issue requiring Tech Support.Extremely satisfied with my purchase, would buy it again. In fact, I did. After 6 months, we just bought a second one for my wife. This PC is that good.

I normally build my own computers, but this one had everything I would have included at San excellent price. Bought for my daughter. Easy set up. Excellent video card. Great components. Definitely recommend.
