These dry roasted and unsalted hazelnuts come in a 2 pound resealable bag. They are fresh and crunchy and I have 2 pounds of them. One of the things I like to make with hazelnuts is a hazelnut chocolate spread made in my Vitamix. Depending on the size Vitamix container you have you’ll need 3 to 4 cups of hazelnuts. Always be sure to use nuts that have been roasted. These will be perfect! Then blend on high speed using the tamper constantly in each corner of the container for one full minute. Then toss in about 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips. You might be tempted to add in more of it don’t as your hazelnut spread will get too firm. Tamper on high speed for another 5 to 10 seconds. Pour into a jar and refrigerate. You will get about half as much finished product as what you use in nuts. It will firm up some in the fridge. I hope you find this hazelnut usage tip helpful! Enjoy!

These hazelnuts are amazing. They taste extremely fresh - nice crunch, perfect texture. The flavor is sweet and rich - almost like macadamia nuts.I never knew I was such a big fan of snacking on hazelnuts until I tried these.I plan on melting some milk chocolate soon to dip some of these in, making these chocolate covered hazelnuts. I think that will be incredibly delicious.Overall - amazing hazelnuts. Super fresh. All whole nuts (no dust or broken pieces). Great quality.
