Nearly a miracle
I got this for my mom (I use the regular kind for my back and it's amazing). She has plantar fasciitis and she says of all the medications she has tried this device blows them all away. She loves it so much she wants to buy the company, or at least a small part of BIEL. Put yer money where yer mouth is, she says.She has the same complaints as others regarding the gel wearing out way too quickly, but the pain relief is well worth the inconvenience.

Could be great!
I have purchased ActiPatch products before and feel they are quite effective for pain relief. I was most interested in this new version for heel and foot pain. It works as expected. However, the product becomes very expensive when you realize that it only lasts for 360 hours and then quits. Some of their products are made with a switch where you can press off -heel cushions, strap, etc.and on to save the mini battery life. And, you must order a whole new set to continue with the relief instead of just ordering the mini ring that creates the PEMF field. It would have five stars if I could do that.

It worked for me!
I had my doubts about this product, but I must say it worked fabulously! My long term plantar fasciitis has been relieved the most by this relative to any other treatment I’ve tried. I would give it five stars if it didn’t quit working after 360 hours. How about offering replacement circuits for those of us who already have the gel inserts and socks?

First Pain Free Steps in 4 Years
I am not a verified purchaser as I bought the smart insoles directly off Actipatch's website. I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis since 2013. Getting out of bed, the first steps are so painful. I received the insoles yesterday and immediately put them in my shoes. At bedtime, I slide them into the sock. This morning I was pain free. I couldn't believe it. First pain free steps in four years. I did a lot of walking today (I forgot to put the insoles back into my shoes) and the pain returned late in the day. This was after 5,000 steps according to my fitbit. However, the pain is at a lower level than I've been experiencing. I will sleep with the insoles in the sock again tonight. I might update this post to let you know after I've used the insoles for two weeks. I would suggest to the manufacturer to add an on/off switch like is built into the knee pain device. I don't plan on keeping the insoles on my feet 24 hours per day for 15 days. Also, my pain runs the full length of my foot, so I'd recommend a full insole be offered, not just the heal. Even with these two improvements I'd like to see in a future model, I give it 5-Stars because I was able to walk pain free for most of the day.

I have plantar fasciitis. I had heel pain in the past. tried the insole products to relieve temporary pain. This product works! I have been using it since and never felt better!
