I wanted to get a proper office chair as using a dining table chair with extra cushions really wasn't very comfortable for any extended periods of working. I decided to pay a bit more as I have seen so many cheaper office chairs in work and they never last very long and I really liked the look and colour (red - wine) of this.The box arrived a day early which was handy as I was home over Christmas and had no signs of wear from the delivery at all which is rare for an office chair that's been posted in my experience.As I have assembled many chairs like this and all the screws are the same time, it was a breeze putting together. There's very little to it. Put the wheels on, drop in the seat post, screw the mechanism to the bottom of the seat, drop it on the post, screw the arms to the seat then to the back and pop in the caps to cover the holes. It all looks very premium... except the silvery plastic of the arm rests. They mark up easy so be careful doing up the bolts. I can see them showing any light chair to table leg impact marks so am being very careful when I put it away.The chair is very roomy, wider than most but the arms fold up to make it easier to slide under a desk. Its actually feels quite tall too. I'm 6ft and I have the chair on the lowest level. The padding is so thick I need to have it all the way down so my legs feel at a comfortable angle plus the thick padding puts a bit of pressure on the legs if they are hanging. If you are a lot shorter you might want to get an under the desk foot rest unless you are ok with your legs swinging.Compared to my dining table chair this is like heaven. It's got really thick cushioning on the seat and the back. I was temped to only rate this 4 star as I don't think the silver finish on the plastic arm rest mounts will stay looking nice for too long but the rest of the package makes up for this, for me at least. You can buy chairs a lot cheaper, I have bought lots at work but I found this to be worth the extra.

Compared to other desk chairs I’ve had, this is the best by far. I have plenty of room for my bum, and the flip up arms are convenient as I can bring them up to push chair right under the desk, and they are comfy. My work setup is in my main living area and this does not look too office-y or out of place. It seems pretty heavy duty so hopefully will last a while. Putting it together was really simple too

This looks quality and is incredibly comfortable to sit on. The arms move upwards and means I can get closer to my desk. Easy to assemble

This chair is great - really big and cosy and quite comfortable. I say quite comfortable because initially it was super comfy but after a few weeks/months I feel like the seat is cont as comfy anymore. Still good enough to sit in all day though although for the price i would’ve expected it to last a bit longer. It also became very squeaky after a few weeks

This is my first big purchase for working from home and it didn’t disappoint. Super comfy and wide enough to sit crossed leg. It was relatively easy to put together.

I do a lot of work from home and have had a few chairs over the years, including breathable ones for over £350. I have arthritis in my back lumbar and knees. Ive had this chair for 9months now and its as good as it was on the 1st day. The arms come up and do not get in the way of my mouse. Its adjustable, moves easily....I sometimes sit in it purely for comfort. Everyone who comes into my office, leaves wanting this chair,Ive done professional display screen assessments with my colleagues who have also purchased this chair. This is a genuine review, its not been available for a while, so was so excited when it came back in stock.

Worth paying a little more for a superb comfortable chair. Easy to assemble and wow it looks good. Very fast and efficient delivery by the seller. Would highly recomend.
