I have been very pleased with Zinc at 5mg, by KAL. These supplements are Very tiny and easy to swallow. In fact, they actually melt on my tongue. I say “they” because my daily requirement is 10mg and I take 2 a day at the same time. It is a valuable support: Zinc Supplements, for care of my immune system. So glad I found it in the recommended dosage I was in need of!

The size of them is super small, almost like a tissue salts, if you are familiar with homeopathics. You open up the bottle and a lot of them break really easily and there's a lot of powder in the container.
