Excellent and very effective supplement for muscle cramps , numbness and sleep related issues
Excellent supplement and everyone over 30 should start taking it.. it helped reduce my tingling and numbness sensation that had developed suddenly and also almost zero cramps in legs now!! Consistency is the key.. I am on my 3rd bottle now..

Joint pain, muscle contractions works within 4 hours of consumption. Packing was sealed, but out of 60 tabs, 9 were broken.
