Beautiful!!
Beautiful well made rug. You will need a rug pad underneath for it to lay flat and not move around. It did have an oder out of the box but was better after a day. Hoping the creases will smooth out.

Great rug, but know what to expect...
I am very happy with this purchase and kept this rug over a similar one that I had purchased by another manufacturer/website. This one had more threading (3 stiches as opposed to 2) and the threading was lighter. It is a light-weight rug and will shift without a proper rug pad, I purchased a 1/8" rug pad. If you pull on the rug it can mis-shape, but it is easy to shape it back. It does come folded, which is what I think makes it cheaper to sell then similar rugs. I rolled it up overnight and when I laid it out, the seams were gone. Be aware that it does have a very earthy/organic smell, it's not mildew, it's just that the jute is coming from a natural product. I laid it out in my garage and used a powder deodorizer on both sides and vacuumed it out really good. Just vacuuming it make the fold marks start to ease, then I rolled it up tight overnight. I do not smell the earthy smell, just the deodorizer, may reapply if needed next time I vacuum. Overall, I am very happy with the casual, beachy look of this rug that can be used with many decor styles. I don't know that it will hold up for 15 years like my last rug, but for the price I'm ok if I change it out for a new one in a few years or more.

Warm, Boho, and Beautiful, Just Needed a Little TLC
This jute and cotton rug is very pretty, thick, and instantly gives the living room a warm boho vibe. I did have to roll it up overnight to release the creases from packaging, and there were a few natural wooden bits woven in that I picked out, but nothing unexpected for a natural fiber rug. The smell was minimal and faded quickly. Overall, it’s a lovely piece that adds texture and warmth—just give it a little time to settle and it looks fantastic.

Beautiful, Soft, and Surprisingly Durable
This rug has completely elevated the look and feel of our dining nook. It’s soft underfoot, with a subtle, organic weave that gives texture without overpowering the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality—especially at this price point. The natural color leans warm ivory with flecks of taupe, which works beautifully with both modern and traditional interiors. It lays flat easily, hides crumbs and lint well, and feels cushy enough for a play area too. We’ve used it under a large dining table with frequent foot traffic, and it’s holding up impressively with no noticeable piling or stretching. It looks just as good styled under a sectional sofa in another space we tried. Highly recommend if you want that Serena & Lily look without the markup. Will likely purchase another for the basement lounge.

Beautiful BUT….
This rug was a suggestion from an online influencer. The tactile quality of the rug is what attracted me to it. We just put wood floors in our bedroom and so I needed a rug to put under the bed. The rug is beautiful and goes really well with our decor. However, here’s the negative. It does have a smell when you first unbox it but that does fade within a few short days. So that’s not a huge issue. It is not soft under your feet so when you step out of bed, it’s kind of bumpy. The rug is stretchy if you will, so it doesn’t necessarily keep its shape. I find myself tugging and pulling in areas to try to get it to conform. I did use some rug grippers for the corners which helped somewhat. The edges are a bit irregular which is somewhat to be expected given the material. However, on one side, there is like a slight curve which bugs me a little. The other 3 sides are ok. I thinks it’s too late to return as I’ve already thrown the box away. Again, the rug is beautiful but if I had it to do all over again, I would select one that has a rubber bottom to hold its shape to avoid that slidy/stretchy feeling under wood floors. I would also select something that felt a little softer under foot. In my opinion not great for a bedroom. It may be more suitable for another area of the home. Hope this helps someone out there trying to make a decision.

Better than other brands!
I love this rug! I’ve had this same rug previously, only made by a different manufacturer and really loved it. But then my cat peed on that one, and cat pee on a jute rug becomes expensive garbage. I went with this brand as a replacement because it was cheaper, and the pictures in reviews showed a tighter weave of the cotton part compared to others, and that’s what I wanted. Because of the more yarn/cotton to jute ratio, this rug is softer and lighter colored, which is also what I was looking for. The caveat to that though is it isn’t as structured feeling and almost has the weight of a rag rug compared to a jute rug, but that is more than okay for me. I was really apprehensive on purchasing because of all the reviews about the smell, but I have had zero odor from it thankfully. There were a few wrinkles from being boxed, but against the opinions of online I put an iron on it (highest heat and high steam!) and they came out quickly and easily. Only small gripe is because it seems to be less jute and more cotton, its shape is kind of wonky, like a stretched sweater on the ends. But I think with some light yanking and placing under furniture it will lay nicely and straighten out. Overall really happy with it, would definitely recommend!

Get Your Steamer Out
Nice rug for the money. As reported by others, there’s a noticeable odor after opening the box, but in a few days it’s barely noticeable. Only inconvenience is that I had to spread it out in the garage and go over it several times with a clothes steamer and leave it out overnight to get rid of the wrinkles. Any item such as this should be shipped rolled up, not folded. Looks nice in my studio.
