It can be made to seat a tubeless tire
While the Presta/Schrader interface is not ideal for seating a tubeless tire, I got it to work by removing my Presta vale core and then inserting a valve stem nozzle for inflating balloons into the stem and letting the compressed air rip into it. The hard part at point that is screwing the valve core back in with the air rushing out but it can be done and then all you have to do is top off the remaining pressure with a floor pump.Haven't tried to take this on the road, don't think it would be more convenient than CO2 cartridges or a good air pump, but I did get it to initially seat a tubeless tire and that's what I bought it for so i'll be keeping it. (The tire was a 700x33cc Panaracer Gravelking on a non-tubeless ready rim. I was able to put 200 PSI in the Ride Air can using a Lezyne Steel Drive floor pump.)

It works great. Just with my fat bike tires it takes 4 tanks full to get to 5 psi in the tire.To be fair, my compressor can only fill it to 155 psi, not the 200+ that it is capable of.For me it is only good for topping up or adjusting pressure.

Wouldn't hold the compressed air
I was excited to get this product as a convenient way to pump my tubeless tires and would have taken it with me on an upcoming cross country bike tour, but quickly discovered the product did not hold the compressed air. I am not sure where it was leaking but within a few hours, it was depleted. I tried it numerous times with the same result. My other complaint is I attempted to go to the company website to figure out what was going on with the canister. There was no customer service, email, or phone number that I could find. All I could do was leave a review, but never heard back. It seems to me one would want to help a customer problem solve a product issue. Also, the product was purchased as new yet arrived with damaged packaging, however the instruction book was included.

... purchased this product a few months back as a better more economical and environmental option to cartridges
I purchased this product a few months back as a better more economical and environmental option to cartridges. I must say after a few months Ive actually used it about 6 times either for my own bike or other riders who were on the trail with me. All in all I love this thing and it is always with me from now on. Thanks RideAir for filling a void in the market and being there when I need it!
