This is easy to use and the best product for the price on Amazon. Too often I buy something and don't use it but this is lightweight and heats well and is not as bothersome as heavier heating pads.

I have mild arthritis in my neck and wearing this while at my desk does seem to alleviate the pain.

Ordered for my DH, although he said it was working great- it only last 2 weeks of him wearing at work. Was a great item when it wasn’t falling apart. The stitching started to come undone, Velcro started falling apart and the edging started to separate. Quite disappointed it only last a few weeks.

This product works extremely well since it eliminates stress on my neck when I lift my daughter from her bed to her wheel chair since she is under our care for MS. This effort requires her to wraps her arms around my neck utilizing this product when transferring her from one location to another since she is bed ridden and wheelchair bound.

Worked great for my husbands neck! Made a world of difference! Highly recommend it!
