It's gentle on the stomach and highly bioavailable, making it great for absorption. I've noticed a reduction in fatigue and improved sleep quality since starting it. This magnesium supplement is really effective. For pain relief — Complete pain relief in less than half an hour! So pleased I don’t have to take the strong painkillers my doctor prescribed anymore, this works better & faster. It completely gets rid of severe period pain and ovarian cyst cramps which if anyone reading has had are unbearable, so I can’t recommend this enough!Sleep and relaxation — I take 2 at a time and it also makes me feel very calm. I took magnesium a few years ago for anxiety and it really works to lift my mood, I think I must have stopped because I felt better when the bottle had run out and never thought to repurchase because I didn’t need to as I felt so much better, so it really helps anxiety.But be warned if you take it early afternoon or evening it will make you sleep! Best to take it at night for the best nights sleep ever. I haven’t taken more than 2 capsules at once, so I imagine that taking 3 or 4 would make me feel even better!It’s also completely vegetarian and vegan so perfect for me! And this will last me months to come, I’ve already had it for weeks and it’s still full even though I’ve used it often!I’m not being paid to review this I just think it’s incredible!!

I having been using LLS magnesium bisglycinate for a few months now. I purchased the LLS over other available brands as I was searching for a clean form of magnesium bisglycinate with as few additional bulking agents as possible. I wanted to try a magnesium supplement primarily to help with the extremely sore swollen breasts I was getting before my period each month. Over the last year my breasts had been getting sore earlier and earlier in the cycle each month to the point where I had only had a few days pain free before the swelling and tenderness started again. Additionally, I was getting tense and stressed out for two weeks before my period instead of the few days one might expect. After taking this supplement for several months I can definitely say that, beginning with the very first month, the duration of my breast swelling and tenderness has decreased to only one week or less before each period, which is much more manageable. The degree of discomfort I experience during this time has also dramatically decreased. My breasts are now only a little swollen instead of massively swollen and they are acceptably tender instead of distressingly painful! I am so greatful for this! Another side affect is that my chronic anxiety is somewhat alleviated and although I do still experience anxiety on a daily basis, since taking LLS magnesium bisglycinate I experience far fewer physical symptoms such as heart palpitations and trembling hands and knees! I definitely intend to continue taking this for the near future at least. All these positive effects have been brought about by taking only half the recommended dose so I imagine it would help even more if I was taking the full amount! As cost is an issue for me at present I have not taken the full dose in order to make them last longer so I cam affored to take them all the time. If they cost less I would have given them 5 stars, although I appreciate that good quality things inevitably are likely to be more expensive.

Quality is good. but i dont like the fact that you need to consumes multiple capsules in a day

UPDATE: 20/11/17I feel it is VERY IMPORTANT for me to update how I have been after my first two months on this brand of Magnesium. My restless legs have always been a major problem - even on Quinine and other similar drugs. I HAVE FANTASTIC NEWS: I have not had an episode of Restless legs or Back Cramps since I started taking these capsules. For me to be able to write this is indeed, a very special day. Thank you LOVE LIFE SUPPLEMENTS.I've had restless leg syndrome for as long as I can remember. The NHS has recently issued a warning that taking Quinine tablets for this may have a detrimental effect on the patient. Because of this, I decided that instead of going to the doctor and getting yet another drug, I'd like to try Magnesium Chelated (not Citrate).I have used Magnesium in the past for Chronic Fatigue and Restless legs with great results and therefore choosing Magnesium again to help with both problems seemed like a very good idea.I specifically chose these from Love Life Supplements because they will a) last me for a couple of months b) good price and c) most probably the most important reason - is the capsule itself. It is easy to swallow. Some of the tablets are huge and take a bit of effort to get down your throat, but not these.Treebeard
