Very effective and and a good product

Really effective to build immune system especially during the winter time. We always have a bottle home, it's easy to swallow, good value for money.

I'm going to be first to admit here I was very sceptical when I purchased this and I was admittedly, desperate. Having being in lockdown and working from home, as many people are I haven't really been mixing with people. My mother who I live with is caretaker for my niece and nephew on a Mon/Tue. My nephew has been snotty and sneezy and of course this was soon passed on to me. The difference is however, when I get a cold I get hit HARD. I've had a massive headache, snotty congested nose, a hoarse cough with phlegm and a sore burning throat. After about day 3 of the cold misery I went onto amazon and typed in cold remedy, this was the best rated item. I must admit when I saw it was a herbal remedy I rolled my eyes and thought this will most likely not work but what do I have to lose? Amazon as per usual with prime this was delivered to me by 10pm the same day, fantastic service as usual and Day 1 after just 2 tablets I started to feel a relief with my throat. I'm currently on day 4 of taking 4 tablets a day I feel a lot better! Does it eliminate a cold? No not exactly. Does it help ease some of the symptoms? Yes, I believe it does. This may all be a placebo effect but hey, I'll take it. They do recommend you take these at first sign of a cold, I started these in the throws of mine so who knows how it may have worked had I used this straight away? Really pleasently surprised with this, will definitley use in the future.

Made a big difference

Great for someone who was finding it difficult to swallow normal tablets .Always used at initial onset of cold symptoms to help boost immunity.Always have a stock on hand !

Keeps me from getting any bugs so far.

I use these mostly through the winter whenever I start to feel run down or something coming on. I'm convinced they have a big impact on helping boost my immune system. Used to use drops but much prefer the tablets
