Works great
Bought to use with diatomaceous earth due to buying some flea ridden wood for our wood burning stove. Wood was stored in garage for two nights before being moved to the outdoor storage. In those two fateful nights the fleas set up camp on our 3 dogs and we then had the issue of fleas being in the house . . . . . absolute nightmare and so stressful to deal with. Dogs have all been treated and have blasted the house with all usual stuff like bombs, foggers, sprays, floor treatments etc. etc. etc. in every single room. Came across diatomaceous earth and bought this duster sprayer to use it. Few negative reviews but I think this may be down to not understanding how to use it fully. Very easy to use. Just unscrew the long nozzle from the puffer. Small funnel provided with the puffer which you fill up and you do need to wiggle the funnel a bit to get stuff to come out into the puffer. Using it is pretty straight forward. You will need to adjust your squeeze on the puffer to ensure you don't puff too much out which did happen a few times but easy to get to grips with it. Just don't puff it hard when its really full! Very gentle puffs if using diatomaceous earth with it as you only need a very light covering of it. Bit of a sweeping action with it when you use it also to try and maintain an even spread. If using with diatomaceous earth it will cause a huge amount of the earth to float around in the air so make sure you have a dust mask on when applying it and wearing old clothes with long sleeves and covered legs and gloves as it is very drying and has caused me some slight skin irritation as I used it the first time with shorts and t-shirt on so I was asking for it really! If your treating a whole room start at the furthest point away from the room door so you can work your way out of the room puffing as you go as quickly as possible otherwise you will be engulfed! Then shut the door on the room and leave for at least 30 minutes for all earth to settle. Definitely recommend the puffer. Easy to use and easy to clean. From a full puffer bottle I was able to treat 2 rooms and the stairs and landing plus the hallway and so one fill up does last a while but I guess that depends on what sort of dust you are puffing with it. Just don't puff it too hard or be aggressive with it as it will puff out loads and loads so gentle and little squeezes.

Well made, and reasonably priced.
The iLOT Pest Control Bulb Duster Sprayer is well made, and reasonably priced. I'm glad that I decided to purchase it, to apply the Pest Expert Formula 'P' Wasp Killer Powder, that I bought, as the plastic bottle that it came in, only had a small hole in the badly fitting top disc, which kept blocking up. (Pest Expert Formula 'P' Wasp Killer Powder, definitely not recommended) The iLOT Pest Control Bulb Duster Sprayer has 23cm long spray lance, which allows you a bit of distance, from the entrance of the Wasp nest, which was under the lead flashing of the roof tiles, on the lounge bay window, situated just below one of the front bedroom windows, and therefore, difficult to access. The only problem with the iLOT Pest Control Bulb Duster Sprayer, is that it is difficult to engage the fine brass thread, when refitting the spray lance, after refilling the bulb with powder; it shouldn't be that difficult. Other than that, I can recommend this Duster Sprayer.

Perfect for waps nests under the roof eaves
I had a wasps nest with a narrow entrance under the eaves of our roof. Wasp killer powder and foam both failed to penetrate in far enough in the containers they came with, so the next day the wasps were back looking for revenge. I should add that the best time to use this is around midnight when the wasps are not venturing out. Putting the wasp powder into this bulb can blow the powder far enough into the nest’s hidden entrance to do the job. Highly recommended.

Wasps no more
I was a bit sceptical about this product but ordered it after reading reviews I also bought the Doff wasp nest killer powder, the lance seems well built and unscrews from the red puffer bulb which the blue funnel goes in. Using latex gloves I filled the bulb with the powder carefully as you can over fill it then screwed the lance back in, I would remove the lance cap and try using the lance somewhere away from children & pets before tackling the nest to get an idea how it works. We had a wasp nest under our roof near a window which I could reach with the lance I sprayed late in the evening when wasps were less active ( spraying recommended early morning or late evening) by the next day very little wasp activity and by the next day none at all.

Frustratingly inconsistent.
Solid construction but not easy to get it to consistently puff powder. Removing the plastic tube from the end of the brass section seems to help. Fill generously then squirt with the nozzle down bulb up. Sometimes works when level but former method seems more consistent. Fine dusting so powder goes a long way.

Effective
This worked very well. It took a few goes to kill them, but got there in the end. The wasps actually burrowed through the mortar and built a nest on the other side in the loft space last year. I discovered the remains of the nest as seen in the picture, this year when I went up into the loft. I was amazed at the size. Using this iLOT Pest Control Bulb Duster Sprayer, I sprayed the fine powder of the Pest Expert Formula 'P' Wasp Killer Powder (sold on amazon) into the hole and any other place they appeared to be going in. Activity immediately stopped. It would then start up again and I repeated the spray. After about three goes, all activity ceased.

Works well - better than foam insecticide
Had to return the first item sent as the bulb wasn’t seated correctly around the flanges at the base of the pipe, causing powder to escape from the bulb. Replacement works well with the Rentokill powder, although sometimes I found it easier to use by removing. the pipe nozzle completely, especially in confined openings. Powder appears better than foam products as it remains viable for much longer around openings.

This duster worked great to help me dust my chickens for mites. It came with a collapsible funnel and mask. It was simple and easy to use and the long reach helped me get close enough but not too close! If you fill the bulb all the way up, you can turn the unit completely upside down or to any angle to use it.

My duster looks as though it is second hand and repaired or refurbished. However it is doing the job of distributing D-earth. Much easier than spreading within a popsicle stick.

I have had a big problem with carpenter ants and when I use this bulb with DE powder it really injects the powder deep into crevices where these ants live. I highly recommend using this device because it really works. I used to fill it half ways but you get better results when you fill it completely with DE.
