Arrived promptly
I've only had the calcium and magnesium for a few days , so it is impossible to gauge how efficacious it is, however, it did come fast and though a little hard to swallow, I've seen worse.

Tablets too dry to swallow
Good value but the tablets are large,, rough and dry so difficult to swallow. Sadly the only reason i won't buy again

still early in use
only started these a couple of days ago, they are on biggish size, but have prescription tablets large. I take with lots of liquid, but discovered last night could cut them in half so easier to swallow.taking to help strengthen nails and to keep bones strong, too early to tell yet, but will update after taking for couple of months

Ok balance but they are not coated so swallowing is difficult.
