This kit is great, dries perfectly clear and when used with the right mold (I used the Gedeo jewellery shapes mold) will set with a very glossy, glass like finish. If you use a mold with a frosted inner surface, it will dry frosted. The kit comes with 2 measuring cups, 2 wooden mixers, an instruction booklet, a large bottle of resin and a smaller bottle of hardener. You mix 1 part hardener to 2 parts resin, mixing until you don't see any streaks, then it is ready to pour. Mixing an incorrect ratio will mean that your resin will take much longer to set, or may not set at all. I am guessing those reviews that say their resin took over a week to set did not mix it properly. I use 10ml hardener to 20ml resin for a small batch of resin cabochons, & I can see this kit lasting me a long time.I mixed the right ratio of resin to hardener, poured it into my mold and placed it in the airing cupboard. In 24 hours it was perfectly set. I've since tried it a few times now and it sets in 24 hours every time.

First time user. SO EASY. LOVE IT
Very easy to use. This was my first time using it and the instructions are so easy to follow. I have used it on two models now for water, pond etc and it does exactly as it says on the box. It dried in the 24 hours as it states and looks like beautiful glassy water. I did 3 separate layers to make a deep pond and it looks lovely. If you follow the instructions and measure correctly I cannot see any problems with drying time. I left mine to dry in the kitchen (which is quite a chilly room) so if i had put it in a warmer room it would have dried even quicker. I think the people who state it took ages to dry must have mixed it incorrectly. I don't think you will find a better resin. There is no odour. It is a simple 2 part resin to 1 part hardner. If I can do it anyone can. Highly recommend. I am just about to buy more.

Quality
I have used this product previously and I was happy with the results. Sets well and if instructions are followed carefully you don’t get any bubbles.

Easy to Use
This is the only resin I've used so far, so bear that in mind with this review.I use this resin to cast pendants and charms from silicone moulds. I've never had a problem with it not curing. I mix it in medicine measuring cups, using a red sharpie to mark out my fill lines more clearly. It cures transparent in about 28 hours for me, in muggy London. It mixes well with ground up chalk pastels, pebeo vitrail, pearl Ex powders, mica colours, and glitter. All glitter, even the tiny stuff, will sink during curing if you mix it in right away. Acrylic paint took a lot of mixing and there were still some clumps, so I don't recommend using that, but perhaps it was just my paint?I've never noticed a smell from it, but I do sometimes feel lightheaded after using it. I think that might be more to do with having my head bent over my work for hours at a time, but I thought I should mention it, just in case. Open a window to be safe. It's quite thin, so I like to let it cure until it's thick and tacky, before adding any heavy embedments like metal charms. I've bought two packs since I started using this and I've made countless items from it, so 300mls lasts me roughly about 100 10p sized charms, or 50 bigger/thicker ones. You do have to use it within about 6 months, as the curing ability starts to fade from the moment you open the seal.

My favorite resin
This is my second time purchasing this brand of resin. Bought the smallest size when I decided to make resin crafts for the first time, and now I've returned for the 300 mL size. It's great for beginners and for smaller projects. The resulting product is a durable, clear resin, just like glass. The time for the resin to cure/harden sometimes does take longer than 12-24 hours, but the hardening time is dependent on temperature. The recommended thickness of the project is 2 cm, but I've done thicker and just left it to cure for longer. When my house was 24 degrees Celsius, a 1 cm-thick project took less than 24 hours to cure. When my house was 21 degrees Celsius, a 1 cm-thick project took 36-48 hours to cure.

Good for first time resin users
Great kit for people trying out resin. Easy to use say you use a cup of resin, you use half a cup of the hardener. Not difficult at all. The cubes I made used up most of the resin that you get with the 300ml kit. The cubes are roughly 4inches wide and 2-3 inches high.. depends how much clay I used in each.In the kit you getResinHardenerGloves2 measuring cups2 lollipop stick for mixingOnce you have mixed the hardener and the resin it takes 24hours before it’s completly hard. I’d leave it a little longer as my first attempt (clear cube) was sticky when I was trying to get it out. However as the first cube was drying it got really hot which was odd so not sure if I mixed it wrong or it was the heat in my room. For the blue square I used same brand of resin but it was the blue tint not this crystal one. Also used silicone moulds for the shapes (clay and resin used in the moulds)Highly recommend, great fun and can make some cool things if your imagination invents things.

USE FACE PROTECTION
Products okay, people are saying it has no smell, yes it does and it lingers. Luckily i came across a youtube video regarding respirators using resin. Written in very small writing on the box. Please use face protection

Runny so it fills every corner-great for dice
This resin is great for making dice I think personally since it's much runnier than other resin so it fills the numbers and corners very well. Keeping the cup sitting in hot water for a couple minutes before pouring gets rid of almost all the bubbles, resin colourant and mica powder works very well with it. The only issue is as it's so runny, glitter sinks to the bottom of the mould which is a shame. It takes a good 48 hours to cure enough to pop out of the mould and probably double that to cure fully before sanding. No stickiness, just be patient with curing time :) Also crystal clear.
