Is this eligible for mixing hot n cold water or it ll deliver only cold water???

This is a water diverter not a mixer, that means it diverts water from one outlet to another to enable you to have two attachments on shower mixer. You need to have a shower/ shower mixer to use this item

Does this come with washers

yes, comes with rubber washers (or at least, the one I received did). Generally OK, although does restrict the flow a bit due to the size of the valve openings.

i have a cheapy from china that i havnt used yet...mine feels like plastic coated in chrome...is this lightweight or does it feel metal? cheers

What is the size of the flow hole as iv just changed to a diverter and the pressure had dropped massively
