I’ve been using the Scholl gel insoles for about a month now, mainly in my wellies when I’m out metal detecting. I’m often on my feet for 8-9 hours at a time, walking on uneven, ploughed fields, and before getting these insoles, my feet used to ache terribly by the end of the day. They fit into my shoes perfectly without the need to cut them (Ultraboost 21 Size UK 10.5). I wanted a soft insole as I'm on my feet all day due to my job. They're definitely soft but sturdy. I've not had any issue with them being damaged considering I wear my shoes for 8 hours a day 5 days a week with a lot of walking! If you have a decent arch with not much problems with your feet then these would likely be good for you. Unforunately I have plantar fasciitis and the heels of my feet are very painful after a few hours of walking around. Not really the fault of the insole as it wasn't designed for this condition (or it doesn't state it does). Otherwise they are a solid pair of insoles for work and no odours.

They have jell insoles for your heal, and although it was really comfortable on one foot, the jell insole never got to fit well and was not directly in the middle of your heal making it less comfortable to walk. Took them out and threw them away during a walk.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I wear Nike Revadachi trainers to work and the soul is quite hard so when carrying heavier items, there's a bit of pressure on my lower back. These insoles have padding on them so the pressure is relieved.These are easy to walk in, easy to put in my shoe, it's a good quality that will last a while I reckon. Only downside is that my shoe is a bit tight now but I'll get used it it.
