Is the glass jug of this product dishwasher proof?

Thank you for your email. Yes I can confirm that the glass beaker is dishwasher safe, although we would generally always recommend hand washing where possible.

Does it come with the filter? or do I need to buy extra filter ?

No, there is no filter as such. The plunger acts as a filter pushing the grounds to the bottom of the glass and holding them there.

Is medium ground coffee suitable or only course ground coffee?

Medium ground works. The trick with these coffee pots is to let the coffee brew for 4 minutes after you add the off the boil water. Taking 4 minutes thoroughly soaks the grounds, extracting the flavour, and they will fall to the bottom of the pot with very little pressure on the plunger. You will always have a few coffee ground dregs in the bottom of the mug, so don't drink it to the last drop! This works for both medium and course ground coffee.
