Simple, no hassle...brilliant!
I had recently started weaning my 6 month son and was keen to give him as much non-processed food as possible so I started researching storage solutions for all of the recipes I wanted to try. There were so many different options but the Mushy Mushy pots stood out due to their excellent reviews and versatility. They arrived last week and have definitely not disappointed! I filled them with a (hopefully!) yummy assortment of meals at the weekend and into the freezer they went. I have been taking portions out throughout the week and have been really pleasantly surprised at how easy it was - no faffing, just peeled out the desired portion and back in the freezer the tray went. Simple, no hassle...brilliant! One pot also seems to be the perfect portion size for my son at the moment. So, all in all, great product which I highly recommend!

Grest for weaning and other uses
Second time round weaning I wanted something new rather than discolored and warn pots. This seemed like a great alternative. Full up the holes provide a good baby portion and it can be filled partially to create smaller portions. Once frozen the food easily pops out and can be stored in freezer bags allowing reuse of the tray. It came with good recipies including one for little lollies which I will be trying.Liked it so much I ordered a second. Useful for weaning but will use beyond for portions of sauce, stock, jelly portions and cocktail ice.

Good product. Stack easily in the fridge
Good product. Stack easily in the fridge. Lid fits well. I did still have to put a knife around the edge of the food once frozen to get it out but I think this is the norm. The puree was really easy to pop out once id done this.

One Star
Only good to store frozen fruit as lid does not stay on properly

toxic smell
Were great until they started smelling like toxic plastic!! Used once and after popping out all the food, rinsing under tap a really strong toxic smell became apparent. Even after washing in dishwasher the smell is still there. Really odd almost like something has reacted with the plastic. Won't be using again unfortunately. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience? otherwise found them really easy to pop out food and good size portions.

Versarile and easy to use
Love these. Bought them for my first child and have returned to buy them for my second. I'm sure the initial pots would have been fine to use second time around if they hadn't taken on various other roles over the past 4 years as paint pots, sand pit moulds etc. Very versatile and just perfect for their intended purpose as well. Because they are soft and malleable the frozen portions can be popped out easily when needed. No lottle crevices to have to try to clean either! Just Great :)

It’s great in the sense that you can get the food out easily. I thought that it came in a pack of 2 because of the price, which is my fault for not looking. I am giving it a low star review because it is far too expensive for what it is

A good purchase
I have used the tray to freeze homemade baby food with no issues. This is perfect for early weaning as the cups hold the perfect amount of food (I put in one tbs per pot, but capacity appears to be about 2 or 3 tbs). The lid clips ok securely and it fits flat in the freeze taking up little space. The material is flexible but still has a sturdy feel and I'm sure it can be used for ice pops or ice shapes later on.All in all a good purchase.
