I purchased these after watching what to look for, the flavour is very good the quality of the sticks is excellent. I would definitely buy these again, it is advised to buy from Sri Lanka as this is the purer form of Cinnamon sticks. Thank you

It's an expensive item, but I wanted a nice quality cinnamon to add to a recipe hamper I was making for a gift. These were certified organic, and you do get a lot of sticks (around 25) in this 75g package, so the value per gram is actually pretty good.Soil association gives some authenticity to the "organic" claim (because you do pay a premium for that title).I love to add these to tomato based dishes, or sauces. Just add a stick or two and leave to simmer for while. Perfect accompaniment. Also great for curries. I wouldn't personally recommend for desserts purely because I feel ground cinnamon would be more suitable for them.Happy with the purchase. Very nice.

Strong aroma good quality.

Not as expected. When I broke the stick, thin barks came out. I tried to see if it has a flavour but was like chewing a plain thin piece of wood and had to spit it out. I could have sent it back but before trying I put in a jar and threw the package. Too expensive for cheap quality cinnamon. Waste of money. I should have bought small amount to try. I would not buy it again

I originally thought these were just sticks as there was zero scent to them. Upon 'cracking' one, it has the true cinnamon scent, that is slightly citrusy. Don't know about taste yet, but glad that this purchase wasn't a complete waste.
