Literally perfect!! My favourite sketchbooks to use and I love how they're A6 size. Paper is great quality.

I purchased this to do some Urban sketching using watercolour pencils. I've created some simple swatches on the first pages and the qualyof paper looks perfect for watercolour. No bleeding through into the next page. Small and portable enough for on the go sketching and a quality finish.

Perfect pocket sketchbook for watercolours when out and about. Also if like me you can't be bothered to cart to much kit. I used these on a 2 week painting holiday, mainly just to have with me for capturing relaxed moments with the group in the evenings as I find they are Ideal for pencil or ink sketches as well.

These are perfect for quick watercolour sketches. I didn’t really do much plein air watercolour before I had one of these, no I rarely leave home without one. The paper is hardy, doesn’t buckle, its hardback, there’s an elastic band to keep closed and a little pocket in the back. And its reasonably priced. Get one!

Lovely quality

This is a delightful little book and perfect for sketching ideas, or taking out and about to capture what you see. THe feel of the book is very nice - feels robust, solid, quality. It won't easily bend, warp or twist in your pocket or bag. It also has a little elasticated closure, ensuring it won't flap open and become ruined in transit. The paper itself is lovely - nice even textured, and a very slightly creamy colour. Painting on the paper is as expected - it takes sufficient water without buckling, and the colours look good on the surface. I've already ordered more because I wouldn't wish to be without it!

This was bought for an artist friend of mine to take away on holiday and he was thrilled! It was just the right size to fit in his pocket and carry around to take out when he wanted to sketch/paint something of interest. It is good quality with thick paper pages ideal for watercolour or charcoal and with the moleskin cover it looks and feels expensive whilst being reasonably priced. Ideal to buy for yourself or as a present.

Wen I ordered the sketchbook I thought it would be a standard a4 landscape book but when I received it it was so small but the quality was good I just hope it would give a better nocturne showing the size because it was very deceiving.

Ich habe mir dieses Aquarellbuch bestellt, da ich gerne skizziere und meine Skizzen mit Aquarellfarben coloriere. Klein und handlich sollte es sein, damit ich es überall hin mitnehmen kann. Entgegen der anderen teilweise negativen Bewertungen habe ich mir gedacht, ich probiere es trotzdem mal aus und war positiv überrascht. Das Büchlein hat einen festen Einband und wirkt robust. In der hinteren Buchklappe befindet sich eine kleine 'Tasche', in der man Zettel aufbewahren kann. Ein Gummizug hält das Büchlein zu. Ich male schon seit einigen Jahren bevorzugt mit Aquarellfarben und habe schon einige Aquarellpapiere ausprobiert. Natur der Sache ist natürlich, dass die Seiten - wie es eben in einem Buch so ist - nur an einer Seite befestigt sind und sich somit natürlich leichter wellen. Wer sonst mit sehr viel Wasser auf Blöcken malt, muss sich mit einem Aquarellbuch wohl etwas umstellen. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Seite SEHR zu durchnässen, weder vor dem Auftragen der Farbe noch während dessen. Ich würde sagen, dass ich mit "normal" viel Wasser male und bei mir wellen sich die Seiten nicht! Das kommt wohl ganz auf den Malstil an. Für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend, gute Qualität, kein Wellen der Seiten und sehr handlich. Von mir eine Kaufempfehlung :-)

even though I checked the size I was surprised at the size when it arrived, that said its is exactly what I need for an upcoming holiday to be able to paint on the go. I cant wait to do panoramas across the whole spread.

Lo compré para un regalo. Conozco la calidad de la marca y no decepciona. Es de tamaño pequeño, pero el papel es de gran calidad, muy grueso, ideal para que los dibujos en acuarela no traspasen a la otra página.
