Specialist Spares Aced it!
The immersion heater does what it is supposed to - a neat little device.BUT Specialist Spares the supplier are brilliant.I had a problem & mistakenly thought it was a rogue heater.It wasn't but these guys dealt with me in a way far beyond the best customer service.Would give them 10 out of 5 if I could.Cheers

Hot stuff
Great item, really quiet compared to the old one it replaced. The only issue I am still having is trying to get the top connection to stop leaking. Looks like I will have to undo and add sealing paste or ptfectape
