Excellent, excellent stuff!!! It really does what it says on the can. I wasn't able to use the Liquid Rubber I originally bought as it needed a clear 48 hours of dry weather to set - not going to happen in this country at the moment. So I boought this and hoped for the best. It set almost immediately and our flat roof is completely waterproof again.THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!I cannot recommend this enough

Great for instant leaks but does not work inside down

this along with the tape fixed my roof leak immediately and is still going strong. I've no idea what its life is, so at some point I need to stick some lead up there, but this certainly does the job

I normally buy this and it works well but this time it wouldn’t even come out of the tin and for that price you expect it to work

Having suffered for over 10 years, an irritating minor leak from an inaccessible boxed-in gutter inside my conservatory, I came across this product by accident. Easy to use with little mess it cured the problem first time. It is like a spray-on bitumen in black. Only use it if you want black and where it won't show. Great product

i placed the container in hot water for 20 mins before shaking vigorously for a few minutes.the product sprayed perfectly & did the job nicely. 3 months later it had all but disappeared from the roof,the sun drying it up quite significantly but easy enough to re-apply.
