Delightful, Low Carbohydrate, High Nutrition
I really enjoyed the first bowl of this granola. It contains oats, rapeseed oil, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chopped up cashew, almond, hazelnut, and walnut pieces. I was able to add my own raisins, sugar, salt and fresh fruit in the quantities that I wanted, rather than the monstrous portions, especially of sugar, that so many commercial brands contain. This granola works well for those on low carbohydrate diets; (you get a stunning 50g portion for only 22 carbs) and those watching their glycaemic load. It's a decent price considering the excellent ingredients and the care with which it was, quite obviously, made.At present this is a five-star item for me.

THIS IS REALLY REALLY NICE
I love this low sugar granola but get really cheesed off when a local supermarket chain runs out of stock, at all 3 of it's nearby branches, too regularly to sustain my patience. Rather than run around wasting petrol by shopping at the different branches, in the hope that they may have the Lizi's low sugar granola in stock, I now just order 2 x 1 kg packs at a time through Amazon, which last me a while. I find that the lactose sugar in the milk that I add to a bowl is sufficient to sweeten the granola for my tastes. I don't like most other breakfast cereals because of the sugar and the fact that most of them have diabolically stupid amounts of it, or fructose ( no healthier if too much ) saturating it, adding unacceptable levels to peoples sugar intake and further contributing to the diabetes epidemic that this part of the world is suffering from at present. Diabetes is no fun as I know from years of consuming silly amounts of sugars in foodstuffs, without fully realising exactly how much was in these products, only to eventually get lumbered with type 2 diabetes, and I've never, ever, even had a sweet tooth.Eamonn

Lovely
This is a really lovely Granola with lots of flavour considering it's low sugar. As a slimming world member I can use it as part of my plan. The bag is huge and will last a good while so is good value for money. It's also resealable to keep the Granola fresh. A thumbs up all round for me.

Delicious
Absolutely love Lizi's granola! I discovered it in the UK when I was hunting around for a tastier but less sweet granola and having tried them all I was delighted to find Lizi's. Unfortunately since Brexit it has become very prohibitive to have them shipped to the EU. Lizi's are quite expensive anyway and with the added costs on top, I won't be ordering them again. However I have heard that Amazon Germany also stock Lizi's which may be worth investigating.

Great new breakfast
I am newly diagnosed diabetic and have been looking for a low sugar breakfast offering. This product forms the basis of my breakfast with fruit and Greek yoghurt with believe it or not coconut water instead of milk. It is delicious and fulfills my sweet tooth and hunger. Great product.

Excellent!
Very good combination of cereal, nuts and seeds — pleasing texture — and very little sugar!

Contains 4 different nuts, incl. walnuts...
This contained walnuts, which was covered in an answered question but was sufficiently tucked away for me to miss it. It also contains cashews, hazelnuts and almonds, but it's walnuts I'm allergic to and I had a bowl before I realised. For me the reaction is mild, a stinging mouth and mild abdominal discomfort. For others it could be a lot worse. What is the problem with including the full ingredients within this listing?! Plus the ingredients list on the actual pack was partially obscured by a sticker! As for the product, it was passable - apart from the walnuts.
