I really liked the smooth trim these gave my beard. I thought the blade would nick me in certain places and it didn't at all, which I was surprised about.

I bought this less than 3 months ago. One day while charging the trimmer and using it, it would not turn off. I pressed the power button but nothing happened. I pressed and held the power button but nothing either. I just waited for it to lose power and turn off itself. Now, it does not power or charge.

I’ve been through a few trimmers over the years, and most either felt flimsy or left me with battle scars. This one is a Total game-changer. Right out of the box, it felt premium—solid build, sleek design, and those magnetic heads are oddly satisfying to swap. Highly recommend

The Beard Club Body Trimmer BT-Zero simply oozes quality from its packaging to its design. The trimmer arrives inside a really nice presentation box that has two plastic shelves inside. The top shelf contains the trimmer with its wide blade attached and three guards (2, 4, and 6 mm). The bottom shelf contains the smaller precision blade attachment with 2mm guard attached, power block, charging stand, a long USB-A to two-pronged charging cable, and cleaning brush and small bottle of blade oil. Everything you need to get started. The enclosed instructions are clear and easy to follow, along with nice graphics. There is a slender white line encircling the trimmer just below the shaving head that lights while the trimmer is charging or operating. Just below The Beard Club logo is an on/off button. The charging port is at the bottom of the trimmer so it can be plugged in vertically on its charging stand, or plugged directly into the power block. The trimmer is approximately 6" in length and fits very nicely in the palm of the hand. It is solid and has a great feel to it. Add to that, the entire unit is waterproof and can be used in the shower and rinsed off when you're done. Note that it should be dried off completely after use and the blades re-oiled to prevent rusting or sticking. A magnet holds the shaving head in place. To remove, simply pull the head straight off so you can either clean underneath or install the precision shaving head. Once you engage the new shaving head, the magnet holds it firmly in place without slipping. To test things out, I used the wide trimmer to trim my beard. After charging the unit, I oiled the blade as directed. Using one of the guards over the wide blade, the trimmer did a nice job of trimming without pulling my skin or hair and without nicks. After less than five minutes of shaving, I turned the trimmer off to clean the hairs from the blade then tried to turn it back on. Nothing. No white light to show it was on, no motor humming. I changed shaving heads and again nothing. I tried to plug the trimmer into the charger and got no response at all. I returned the trimmer to Amazon in exchange for a replacement unit. Fortunately, I had much better luck with the replacement trimmer. After charging in its stand overnight and oiling the blade, I was able to use both the wide blade and precision blade to trim my beard and other body hair. The trimmer worked fine and is surprisingly quiet during operation. It shaves smoothly. There is a 30-day money back guarantee posted on The Beard Club website. At its price, I would have expected a more typical one year warranty. Other than that, it would make a very nice gift for someone or for yourself. I recommend this trimmer and award it 4 stars, removing one star for the quality control issue with the first trimmer.

So far, it's good. Product wasn't charged when arrived. I'm sure that matters to some, but to me, no biggie. Even tho,I wanted to try without having to. The box it came in? Good luck! That thing is air tight!! Make sure you keep the box for all the other parts it comes with. Doesn't have a battery gage, or percentage for charging. The other style this company has does. So, I just charged over night and I'll later see how long-ish the charge lasts. Comfortable to hold.Soft start button is nice. Just press and release. Don't hold in for any amount of seconds, you'll be wasting your time. Ask how I know... The only issue I have is, the trimmer head rattled a little and more loose than I like. The rattling stopped when I pressed the head against the unit. Not sure how long that will last wear and tear, but I'll see. Hope this helped.

Worked great for 3 days. Now, no matter how long I charge it, it'll turn off after 3 or 4 seconds of use and just catches and pulls my hair when it does. It's extremely uncomfortable and irritating. How do I solve this problem? Did I get a faulty one with a damaged battery?

Do not try to shake the machine after shaving to clean it case it becomes apart and smashes the floor
