Black Seed Oil Capsules 500mg, 180 Capsules (Made in The UK) - Nigella Sativa, Cold Pressed

Goods arrived very quickly and these capsules are certainly much more palatable than drinking the oil. I have been taking black seed oil for some months now and although they work well for other ailments, I expected them to help my back problem but may be it will take a little longer for a prolapse disc issue. Overall I would recommend black seed oil tablets especially for gut ailments.
