Q: Hi, Im looking for a friend, she has MS, and needs to replace a smallish soft bal that she places between her knees, would this ball be suitable?

This ball is 7" so difficult to say without knowing the size ball your friend already has. In pilates I partially blow this ball up and put it in the small of my back when I am lying on the floor. I used to use a small ball the size of a tennis ball to squeeze in my hand when I had RSA, which was much softer than this Pilates ball.

Q: Can you deflate it and blow it back up again as i want to travel with it on a plane?

Hi yes you can. I am using it on planes, coach, car to sleep with it is amazing, you can even manage how much air you want to have it in. I can only recommend.

Q: does the ball come with any exercises

No but you can find lots of exercises online.

Q: What's the weight limit on this? I’ve seen a few other brands state 200kg would this be able to take around 120-130kg

Strong yet soft ball ideal for physio exercises

Arrived on time and as described. Ordered to help me with physio exercises following knee replacement. Easy to inflate and deflate if no longer in use for storage. Nice strong but soft ball, ideal for what I wanted.

Easy to blow up, but very difficult to put the stopper in to keep the the air in, so the ball is slowly deflating.

Bought to help with my physio exercises after rupturing my quadraceps tendons. Used daily behind the knees and put under plenty of pressure. It has shown lots of strength and durability. Easy to blow up and plug. Good value for money and recommended.
