Schmilzt schnell, auch ohne die Schokolade zerkleinern zu müssen, wenn man die Schale in kochendes Wasser gibt. Die Schokolade schmeckt lecker und hat sich gut auf meinen Lebkuchen gemacht.

Qualitativ sehr hochwertige Schokolade. Preislich sehr attraktiv, da in großen Gebinden deutlich Preiswerter, als bspw. andere Hersteller. Ich vergleiche Schokolade gerne immer zu Läderrach. Das ist mein Eichmaß, was Qualität aber leider auch Preis angeht. Hier ist Valrhona qualitativ sehr nah bei !
