Just got 1 shipping label instead of 10
I just got 1 shipping label instead of 10, did not get a USB to type-c connector for Mac inside the box. The print quality is okay, but not too good. No image can be printed, only text. You can't print on a normal paper. Only thermal paper sticker labels can be used to print with this.

after purchased no work , if you try connect customercare call international phone no , balance debited so much , but no anything responce , I am in my life buy to much item , but this is printer to bad bad Choise ,,after I am fresh a new complain after 9 month in 2 days Recived Replasment , I am happy thanku , I am check new product work as good as well

Caution for Windows 11 users
The driver got stuck everytime during installation and I need to force stop the installation. There are many people posted this issue on forums but no solution so far. What I gessed is the driver of this printer having problem installing if there is another printer driver already installed. Though uninstalling the other driver didn't work. So I had to format the pc then first installed the thermal driver then installed the driver for other printer. Now works fine!

Okaish print
The print is not so clear. Don't know if it's a printer issue or a Paper issue. Switched to different stickers but even the best one is not the finest. Have to blame it on the printer now

Best thermal printer
I bought it seeing it’s affordable price but the experience using this thermal printer is really good. It works good. I highly recommend it to every business and individual who is looking for thermal printer for their work.
