Q: how to use a track mat

We used it as a guide on where to put the train tracks. The mat was glued to the MDF boards we got.

Q: Can I move 2 trains at once on this track ?

Yes if you have the trains running dcc or you have an isolation track between the two loops. I run dcc and have three trains running with five on the track.
