I've been using Zenwise Digestive Enzymes Probiotics for a few months now, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. I initially purchased them before a trip to Bali this past summer. They're effective, easy to take and have made a significant positive impact on my digestive health, especially during travel and when eating richer foods.

I have taken a few gut bacterias now and this is amazing, i feel a difference after 5 days, less fatigue and more predictable toilet journeys. I feel confident to go out for long now. Initial use makes your stomach abit grizzly, but thats just it getting used to this new bacteria

I have to say that I wasn't holding out much hope for these, but they are fairly effective. A few months ago I made the switch to a healthier diet, trying to increase my intake of vegetables and fresh foods, legumes etc. Almost from the go I experienced GI issues. I thought that they might simply go away as my body adjusted to the higher fibre and to the increased amount of legumes etc, but it didn't happen. I tried various probiotic drinks, as well as natural pre-/pro-biotic foods and drinks such as kimchi and kombucha as well as Rennie tablets and nothing helped - most of them simply made the problem worse if anything. However these tablets seemed to simply work right away, from day one, within hours. It didn't even seem to need some time to adjust my gut biome, but got to work right away. There's no denying these are very expensive, perhaps unreasonably so, but I can confirm that they are definitely effective - I am now using the 'Nature's Aid' brand (also from Amazon) simply because I find them equally as effective but a lot cheaper.

Please think twice before ordering these! The reviews all seem amazing but they had some really weird side effects. The main dislike for me was the dramatic impact on my mental health. I’m quite a happy person naturally but these tablets had me feeling almost depressed. I noticed an immediate difference once I stopped taking them. I don’t know which ingredient it is that has this effect but please be aware that this is a possibility, it’s really not worth it, they don’t do enough to warrant feeling like crap. They also make you fart endlessly and they’re not pretty and the tablets are pretty huge. It seemed to help a little with bloating but I also reduced my carbs which would have been a contributing factor so all in all the negatives far outweigh any positives, totally not worth it. Just reduce your carbs a little and do some yoga instead.

Oh my goodness, did I need this product! I usually settle my stomach with kefir/kombucha & other usual in store products, but nothing has ever settled it so quickly. I felt my stomach physically calming down & not hurting within 5 mins after taking the 1st one. My whole system has begun absorbing the nutrients from food as it should again. Will definitely be re-ordering this fabulous product.

I used this product to cure my IBS. I will tell you that it took time to cure it is not just an overnight solution. For me it took about 3 weeks to cure my IBS. Bowel movement improved drastically. One tip is that you should be regular with your intake as it can affect your healing journey.
