Q: Bags dark circles need them gone does this work?

Unfortunately after trying it for 3 weeks it did not work for me but kept it because it's an amazing none oily moisturizer for around my eyes.

Q: Does this help at all for bags/puffiness under eyes?

I don't recommend-- it does but leaves skin crepey after like yeah your bag will be better but just looks deflated after like loose skin. Idk if that makes sense. I tried one from Instagram & it did the same thing. Called Ilm..something
