My husband & I wanted to take a vit C supplement over winter and this one looks as if it fits the bill well. Its not a massive dose, although over the UK recommended daily amount. (which is low). Provides 125mg of Vit C per tablet & we take one tablet a day. It says that its made from all natural forms of Vit C and is non acidic - we take with or shortly after food, as recommended, no problems with acid (& I seem to be prone to that) . Smells slightly of cherry. Have/do take other supplements by this company, all good.

Very comforting to know that this Vit C is from a food source and not ascorbic acid. I take them whenever I remember to be honest, and cant tell if its doing any good (I take so many other nutrients so its hard to say what works and what doesnt); I take them to heal my adrenals, but so far no luck. Maybe I need to be more consistent and regular. However, from what Ive heard and read, women should aim for 2g about 4x a day; thats 8000 mg if Im not mistaken, which means I'd have to scoff 16 of these per day to fulfil my daily quota!!! If that is the case, I think being healthy is going to remain an unattainable dream. :(

This is proper vitamin C, not ascorbic acid made in china. As someone with a few medical issues I sought this brand out to help me as I'm ECV during covid. Bought some for my sister (who is well but we all need more vitamin C ) I really appreciate the price too as not much spare cash but I really need this. You've made the right choice , get this brand.

"take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, as required". What a useless instruction. There is no indication about the dose per capsule in mg. Yes, there is a list of the active ingredients per capsule, but who wants to add up 500mg, 108mg 108mg, 50mg and 7 mg. What not print 773mg (if that is the dose) clearly on the front? A "capsules" is NOT a useful unit of dose. The LD 50 is 11900mg/kg, so 3 capsules are unlikely to be harmful. But I'm guessing the dose. I do like the flat=box container. However, I will look for an alternative brand, that gives the contents in mg, when looking for a replacement.

These tablets were far to big for me to swallow and they aren't cheap really disappointed so binned them ok if you can swallow large tablets

This is an excellent product. I have bought several bottles as gifts for my friends, and now they have done the same thing. It has certainly made us feel better, and increased our energy levels also. I rarely make comments, but this. The service was fine. It was a little difficult buying the same product for several people directly from their site directly. It was much easier to do this on Amazon. As some of the orders were quantities of 3, the promotional discount was applied to the others without any problem. Speaking to them was honest and helpful. Excellent quality, natural vit C. I have just reordered this product. Extremely impressed with it. It has helped with my bruising and has rosehip to assist with joint health too.
