the best iodine supplement I have used to date
For the past 15 years I have been using various iodine supplements: lugol's, tablets, and different varieties of kelp. However, this product is by far the best of them all for two reasons. 1) Contains no fillers, just water and iodine. 2) Perfect dose. A single drop contains 50mcg iodine so it's easy to adjust the daily dosage. The daily recommended intake of iodine is 150mcg. So on the days when my iodine intake from food is low, I use 2 to 3 drops. Perfect!
