MauvielM'Heritage150 Copper Round Frypan with Stainless Steel Handle 30cm, 11.8 in

Arrived today, and used this evening for steak frites. Very well made, solid construction. Retains heat very well and you need to control the gas to prevent it being too hot. A vast improvement on the Sainsbury copper non-stick pans that the rivets have disintegrated on in six months. The copper is already becoming a bit patinated with the heat from the gas hob. I'm about to order more of the same!

I love using this pan for cooking breakfast when I have visitors. When it’s sizzling eggs and bacon or veggie it looks beautiful and handles the biggest jobs well. I cook on an Everhot so it takes some heat - always deglaze with hot water at the end of cooking and then it’s easy to clean.Heat the pan then add oil then cook.

The specs state that this is induction hob compatible, however it is not. I need to figure out who I contact now, as it's not clear who the seller is.

I just love this pan. It's a Rollroyce in my kitchen. You'll need less heat than basic low cost pans for the same result.
