Q: If u used this to connect a dishwasher & washing machine, can i ask what you used to adapt your waste pipe to accommodate both hoses?

I used that to connect 2 input pipes for washing machine and dishwasher but for the waste pipe I bought Wolfpack 4110005 T-219 PP Double Outlet Connector for Washing Machines from Amazon and the combination works very well.

Q: Can this be used to connect water hose of a washing machine and dishwater to water supply ?

I bought this about 9 months ago to connection our washing machine to our fridge which uses the same diameter fixing so it will be perfect for it. We haven’t had any issues.

Q: Does this work with us hoses? i read the thread is different in the uk.

It's nearly the same thread, though it's probably best not to use it with American NPT fittings.

Q: Has anybody experienced any leakage with this?

I had no leakage with mine, unlike with the plastic one that was there before. But, I did wrap some PTFE tape on both the threads before I screwed everything together: I always do, just to be extra safe. It only takes a few seconds longer. There hasn't been even the tiniest hint of a drip since.
