Q: How does this compare to getting highlights done, when it comes to damaging your hair? Which one would you say is gentler? Thanks

I've used this for a while now and love it. I regularly apply oils to my daughters hair overnight to nourish them and her hair is lush and natural. Apply to towel dried hair with a pump or two of L'Oréal extraordinary hair oil and comb through whilst blow drying.Compared to highlighting I prefer this as it doesn't leave a straw like texture. Hope this helps.

Q: Why is the product not working?

It works for us. However, I think that the end result will depend on the natural colour of the hair. It only works on dark blonde/light brown. Also, it helps if you apply some heat, for example you can spray on washed wet hair and then dry with hairdryer.

Q: What's the difference between this one and the normal 'adults' one?

A lower percentage of Hydrogen Peroxide (2.4%) compared to 3.9% in the 'adult' version.

Q: Does this make hair dry or brittle?

The lotion can dry out the hair a bit, but if you use a good hair mask (Camomila Intea) you will have no problem
