Almost as good as home made
The bottles of kefir were well packed on arrival, and transferred to the fridge straight away. The following morning I tasted my first 'proper' kefir - which is quite unlike the supermarket varieties and much better for you - a bit dubiously as I wasn't sure I liked the sound of sour fizzy milk. But it wasn't that sour, and once sweetened with a drop of fruit smoothie the fizziness is actually very pleasant. I'm now making my own kefir with grains supplied by the same company, and look forward to what has become a morning treat!

Not my favourite Kefir
Didn't like this fizzy Kefir. Much prefer other brands which are not fizzy. This morning opened a bottle (thankfully over the sink) and 2/3 of the bottle fizzed out . The company say shake the bottle, but I do not like losing most of the bottleful on opening. Not a good buy.

Grainy texture of kefir
This kefir has grainy texture unlike other kefir. It was in transit to my address for wo days and came not refrigerated. Is it off?
