Big Bargain Aluminum Pill Box Case Bottle Holder Container Keychain

This item is the perfect answer to a problem I've had intermittently for some time now, and another which only cropped up about a year ago. I suffer from hugely painful Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I take quite a few tablets each day, to help ease the suffering and to control my rogue immune system. (Seriously, don't shake me: I *rattle*.) Taking along a plastic - and annoyingly noisy - pill bottle just wasn't the answer: should it break, which is far from impossible, my pills would be scattered throughout my luggage and possibly badly damaged (in some cases, maybe even powdered). What to do? A pill box with day dividers was one possible solution, but most are too bulky to be practical in luggage; and those that aren't, are often too fragile.Then I found this item. We all carry keys virtually everywhere, don't we, so a keyring was a good solution. This one appealed because of its simple design, light weight, rounded base (hands up who's had a keyring dig painfully into their anatomy because it's been thoughtlessly designed) and watertight screw cap. Not to mention the remarkable price (as long as you don't care what colour you receive).My first one, much to my delight, came in silver (my favourite colour), and my husband immediately latched onto the idea for his own travels owing to his job. So I've now ordered him one as well, plus a backup. I'm so impressed with mine that more may very well follow! They're ideal for travellers of all descriptions, whether for work or pleasure, who require pill medication of any frequency, from occasional to multiple times per day. I note that other reviewers have mentioned the flimsiness of the key ring itself (the attachment ring): believe me, if you're like me and suffer from painful/distorted/weak wrist and finger joints, this is a godsend.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this case as I needed to keep my medication with me but had previously lost some after it fell out of my jeans pocket. This case did the job beautifully. It is well made, easy to open and close when I need it, but the cap does not loosen when I don't want it to. I use it in conjunction with a mini spiral keyring, which enables me to attach it to my belt loop but still fits securely into my pocket.It is a good size, and I use it for two quite large caplets and two small tablets, but more would fit in it if needed.Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

I thought it would be handy to keep some pills attached to my keys as it is something you always have with you when you go out!It stops them rolling round the bottom of my bag. It holds a couple of normal capsule tablets and 3 of my smaller ones. Or 2 large. This works out very well for me. Would be Ideal to hold a couple of paracetamol if you are the sort to need them in an emergency.Very tough and watertight screw with a small rubber seal.Only downfall was that the inside had a little of the spray paint in and some rubbed off when I washed it. It has been fine since and I have put the pills in a small piece of plastic bag just in case.I love it and use it all the time. I have lost many pill boxes in the past but this is on my key ring and very hard to lose!

Good, quick service from seller. Product itself is ok, it will take about 4 small pills, some of my pills are medium sized which means only about 3 pills will fit - not ideal if you need to take 4 or more in one go or throughout the day. The design of the container is seems straight forward enough, however on two occasions the rubber seal managed to remove itself from the rest of the container while resting in my pocket! Very strange.

Buyers beware - the photo is a con. You only get one case delivered which makes this item very expensive.Try searching for other sellers who offer what they show, which in most cases, is 6 containers of different colours.

Attached to my dogs collar with a days worth of his meds incase he runs off. Bought a tag to explain about his meds. Would recommend for camping/travelling. Quite small but good for a few days.

I have had a double lung transplant and I need to take 30 tablets a by splitting them up to 3 times daily. I use these containers for 10 tablets each, I have found these very easy to carry a round with me swimming and also on a night out. I can fit 8 paracetamol size capsules and 2small tablets in this one capsule. I have got 3 containers which are different colours and I know what tablets are for night day and afternoon. These are a God send for me. Very good value indeed.
