Quel déception! Très instructif aux niveaux de l'appareil mais 2 disques et 1 seul entrainement! J'ai déjà acheté un autre DVD Bounce Cardio de la même compagnie encore le même bla bla sur l'appareil qui sont les fondateurs. et 1 seul entrainement. Cherchez plutôt sur internet un abonnement ou vous aurez de vrais entrainement pour à peur près 20$ par mois sera plus rentable. C'est de l'arnaque ces DVD!

I couldn't because.... but now I CAN, BECAUSE of Pilates!
AMAZING process SHOWS results in an almost UNBELIEVABLY short period of time.I have a Reformer in my home, but they are all over the place now-- I used this DVD along with my physical therapist to learn Pilates,and once did, well, the whole world opened up like before I got hurt and all of my "I couldn't because...." went away!Start small, go for QUALITY, and little by little increase quantity."Yard by yard, it's just too hard, but inch by inch-- it's a CINCH!"
